This is your host Lydia Nimbeshaho; I am a survivor of the Rwandan Genocide against the Tutsi, a Mother, Speaker, Mental Health Activist, Mentor, Educator, Storyteller, and the Founder of Beyond the Veil. Gen365 podcast is an initiative by Beyond The veil Mission, a non-profit organization based in Canada with a mission to break mental health stigma within the Rwandan, African-descent, Caribbean, Black communities, and other marginalized groups through education and sharing resources.
